How to Claim your Offer: To get your 3 for the price of 2 offer you will need to add any 3 eligible items to your cart (you can mix and match) and then apply the code at the checkout stage (the main Shopify checkout only - unfortunately the codes don't currently work with express checkouts). The cheapest of the three items will then be free! You can also add 6 eligible items and get the 2 cheapest ones free (after you apply the code at checkout) and so on (it's always the cheapest items in your basket that will be free). If you want to maximise your discount across 6 or more items with different prices, it may be worth making multiple orders.
Special Notes on Returning 3 for 2 Items: If you need to return any items from an order that included a 3 for 2 offer please bear in mind the effect that it will have on any refund:
- If you return only the free item there won't be anything to refund. However you can exchange it for another eligible item or you can get a store credit to use on items with the same eligibility criteria (except the deadline which we'll extend for 3 months).
- If you return only the item/s which earned you a free item, then any refund will only be for the difference in price between those item/s and the free one. Alternatively you can exchange it for another eligible item or you can get a store credit to use on items with the same eligibility criteria (except the deadline which we'll extend for 3 months).
- If you return all 3 items then the full price of the paid items only will be refunded.
