Warehouse Move - Again (eyeroll!)

Here we go again. We're having to move the warehouse yet again (4th time in 5 years!). Whilst that's far from ideal, the I'm really excited about the new warehouse and so far it's all looking very promising. It'll be a more gentle move this time, with both warehouses operating in parallel for the next couple of months. So what does this mean for you:

Multiple Packages

If you order more than one item at a time, they may come in more than one package if they're coming from different warehouses. I've tried to make it clear what to expect at checkout so you know what to expect. If it's coming from more than one place then it'll say so in the Shipping section at checkout. I've also tried to ensure you only get charged shipping once, so if the 2nd set of shipping doesn't appear as "Free" then please get in touch and I'll fix it. 

Check before Returning

Please contact us before you return anything so that we can direct you to the right system for the correct warehouse.
