Cleo Rose from Manic Panic is a lovely soft magenta hue, just like wild roses! This vintage dark pink shade looks beautifully vibrant when freshly dyed, and also looks super cute when faded out. Try combining with Mystic Heather and Lie Locks for a stunning multi-tonal look! For the best results, use on bleached hair.

Beautiful colour and did not stain bedsheets etc as much as some other brights, however it did fade quite quickly and because you put it on dry it uses loads of products, so if you have a bob or longer you're unlikely to get more than one go from a pot. My hair is dark ash blonde but with lots of bleach, covered both adequately although obv brighter on bleached areas. Good for people who want a vibrant colour but washes out completely in a few weeks.
