How to Claim your Offer: To get your BOGOF offer you will need to add 2 eligible items to your cart and then apply the code at the checkout stage (the main Shopify checkout only - unfortunately the codes don't currently work with express checkouts). The cheapest of the two items will then be free! You can also add 4 eligible items and get the 2 cheapest ones free (after you apply the code at checkout) and so on (it's always the cheapest items in your basket that will be free).
Special Notes on Returning BOGOF Items: If you need to return any items from an order that included a BOGOF offer please bear in mind the effect that it will have on any refund:
- If you return only the free item there won't be anything to refund. However you can exchange it for another eligible item or you can get a store credit to use on items with the same eligibility criteria (including the value being up to the item you paid for and except for the deadline, which we'll extend for 3 months).
- If you return only the item which earned you a free item, then any refund will only be for the difference in price between that item and the free one. Alternatively you can exchange it for another eligible item or you can get a store credit to use on items with the same eligibility criteria (except the deadline which we'll extend for 3 months).
- If you return both items then the full price of the paid item only will be refunded.
