I have used neon blue for 10 years plus now. I find it is a really consistent dye in colour results and stays bright for a long time. Really easy to apply to bleached hair, just make sure you wear gloves or you may have blueish fingernails.

It even looks good during the fading process. One point to note is that if you don’t want the colour to be darker than the die, you need to bleach your hair really white, so don’t forget the Olaplex!
